Planned Activities
- development of at least one innovative and practical solution (tool) for strengthening female entrepreneurial skills in the digital age through at least one tailored event
- organization of at least one networking event for exchange of experience between business and academia
The main action of the WG Female Entrepreneurship is to improve business support to strengthen the innovative and digital capacities of female-led-SMEs. The focus of this action is mainly to support the development of innovative and digital capacities of female-led start-ups and dynamically growing SMEs. The aim is to combine complementary resources, systems and support, with a clear goal to generate new products,
features, processes, services or value.
Consequently, two specific targets have been derived:
Target 4.1: Development of at least one innovative and practical solution (tool) for strengthening female entrepreneurial skills in the digital age through at least one tailored event.
Target 4.2: Organization of at least one networking event for exchange of experience between business and academia. Timeframe: December 2021 (extended to 2026).
Target 4.1 has no specific timeframe. A training programme and platform will be launched by the end of 2025. In the previous timeframe, training was completed in 2019. Target 4.2: The original timeframe for achieving the target has been extended to 2026, as the target was not completed until December 2021 in the previous timeframe. Events and cooperation took place and there are 4 inclusive events in Zagreb.
